Prohibited Uses

To maintain platform security and legal compliance, the following uses are strictly prohibited.

Processing documents you do not own or have rights to process
Attempting to reverse engineer or replicate the platform
Using the service for illegal activities or fraud
Overloading systems beyond contracted capacity
Sharing access credentials with unauthorized parties
Storing or processing personal data without lawful basis
Using the service to compete with Datlas offerings
Violating intellectual property rights of third parties

Violation Consequences

Violation of prohibited uses may result in immediate account suspension, termination of service, and potential legal action. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action for any suspected violations.

Payment & Billing Terms

Payment Schedule

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. Usage-based charges are billed monthly in arrears.

Late Payment

Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly service charge. Services may be suspended after 15 days past due.

EU Tax Compliance

VAT Treatment

VAT charged according to customer location and business status. Valid EU VAT numbers receive reverse charge treatment.

Invoice Requirements

All invoices comply with EU digital invoicing directives and include required tax information.

Currency

All prices in EUR. Other currencies available for Enterprise customers with prior arrangement.

Service Termination

Clear procedures and timelines for service termination, ensuring fair treatment and data protection throughout the process.
