Access to the Datlas product is provided under a separate commercial agreement that sets out scope, pricing, service levels and data-processing terms. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.

The Datlas name, the Datlas Core engine, the website and its content are owned by Datlas or its licensors. Nothing here grants you a license to them except as needed to view the site.

The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Any figures shown for illustration — including pilot targets — are not guarantees of results.

To the extent permitted by law, Datlas is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
