Privacy Policy

Last updated June 2026

This policy explains what personal data Datlas collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little as possible and to be clear about how it is used.

01Who we are

Datlas provides an execution-intelligence layer for document-heavy operations. For the purposes of applicable data-protection law, Datlas is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at hello@getdatlas.com.

02Data we collect

Contact data you provide — such as your name, work email, company and role when you request a demo or email us.

Usage data — basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how our website is used, so we can improve it.

Operational data processed on behalf of customers under a separate data-processing agreement, where Datlas acts as a processor.

03How we use it

To respond to enquiries and demo requests, to provide and improve our services, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

04Legal bases

We rely on your consent, the performance of a contract, and our legitimate interests in operating and improving Datlas — balanced against your rights.

05Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and request portability. To exercise any right, email hello@getdatlas.com.

06Retention & security

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it.
